Julius Ceasar Essay

These essays were made to interlock with exactly what was covered in class. Students were given graphic organizers to help them with the task of chunking up this large project. This essay also included a peer editing portion so students could better evaluate their own and their peer's writing. For more information please check out my unit plan.  The goal of this essay was to evaluate students on a large portion of information they had learned about Julius Caesar without giving them a test.

Gladiator Advertisment

The goal of these advertisments was for students to show not only what they learned about fights in the Colosseum but also what they learned about advertising for those fights. The ability to draw gave the artistically minded and visual students a chance to showcase their talents, other students were welcome to write a short paragraph announcement. 

 

Understands how students differ in their approaches to learning; creates instructional opportunities adapted to diverse learners.
